We are committed to upholding copyright law and providing a platform that respects the rights of authors, illustrators, publishers, and other content creators. This DMCA Policy explains how we address alleged copyright infringements under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Scope of the DMCA Policy

This Policy applies to https://cabwoods.com and any associated platforms or services we provide, including the sale of authorized books. We will respond promptly to investigate and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the material at issue.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner—or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner—and you believe that any content on cabwoods infringes upon your copyright, please provide us with a DMCA Notice containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work:

    • Clearly and thoroughly describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If the Notice covers multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list.

    • Specify the exact URL or details that allow us to locate the content in question on https://cabwoods.com.
  3. Your Contact Information:

    • Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address where we can reach you.
  4. A Statement of Good Faith:

    • Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and Authority Statement:

    • Add a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your Notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Physical or Electronic Signature:

    • Your DMCA Notice must be signed, either physically or electronically, by the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

3. Our Response to Proper DMCA Notices

  2. Notification to the Content Provider:

    • If we take down or disable access to content posted by a user, we will make a reasonable effort to notify the individual or entity responsible for the content about the removal.
  3. Repeat Infringers:

    • cabwoods reserves the right, under appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to terminate user accounts that repeatedly or blatantly infringe copyrights.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted to cabwoods was wrongly removed or disabled in response to a DMCA Notice, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the Removed Material:

    • Describe the content that was taken down or disabled, including its precise location (URL) prior to removal.
  2. A Statement of Good Faith Belief:

    • State, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  3. Consent to Jurisdiction:

    • Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court located in your district (or in the judicial district where the content owner or cabwoods is located if you reside outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice.
  4. Your Contact Information and Signature:

    • Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address, along with a physical or electronic signature.

Please send counter-notifications to:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Address: Greater Omaha Chamber, 808 Conagra Dr, STE 400, Omaha, NE 68102, United States

If your counter-notification is valid and complete, we may restore or re-enable access to the material in question unless the party that filed the initial DMCA Notice seeks a court order preventing its reappearance.
